The New Jersey state appeals court recently revived a proposed class action suit against Interglobo North America. Raymond Veras brought forward the initial complaint alleging he did not receive overtime pay and that he was entitled to it because he was misclassified as an independent contractor. The complaint was originally rejected by the Hudson County Superior Court. The State appeals court said the Hudson County Superior Court failed to analyze the "totality of the circumstances" as required by the state's high court case law.
