Attorney Ravi Sattiraju filed a hostile work environment lawsuit on behalf of his client, Nicholas Curcio, against the Wall Township town and police department. Curcio was frequently subjected to racial slurs, jokes, and sexually explicit messages even though he was white. This was partly due to medical conditions that caused darkening of his skin.
This is yet another discrimination lawsuit filed against Wall Township. Ravi Sattiraju also represented former township employee Brandon Jacobs, who won a $1.25 million settlement earlier this year. Jacobs said that he had been the target of co-workers' anti-Semitic slurs.
